Hi! My name is Eric, I'm soon 19 and lives in Gothenburg, Sweden.
This was my first serious scoot projekt and I've been working on it for about 2 years know.
My plans is to have it finished and ready fort sprint until the season of -09, and I will also visit DHS Wink

* Mainfold: Stage6 Wig + Mainfold

* Airfilter: Stage6 Double Layer svart

* Reedvalve: VForce 3 by Tassinari

* variator: Malossi Mhr Ovarrange @ 107mm

* Clutch: Malossi delta @ 107mm

* Clutchbell: Malossi MHR

* Belt: Malossi X-Cevlar

UPDATE 8/1 -09!

Hi everyone!
I woke up last night and couldn't fall back too sleep, so I thought about what kind of handlebar I wanted on the bike Razz

After some inspiration from other scoot-projects I bought this handlebarkit today. Maybe there will be a better kit later on, but I'm pretty happy with this result Smile

UPDATE 23/1

Hi! It's been a while since update now, but here it is Smile

Yester day I visited the capital city of Sweden, Stockholm, and the Mc show in Älvsjö. I met my friends from our biggest scooterforum in Sweden
there and we had a verry good time together Smile

One friend of mine sponsored me on the last needing piece to my engine!

What's left now before the first startup is to modifie the block after my BigBore cylinder, do some sandblasting and give it some paint Smile

UPDATE 27/1

Hi! First of all, I've fixed the older pics into links, so hopefully the page will be faster too load now Smile

Now I hade modified the block for my OR-Kit, now a friend of mine has the engine so he can modifie it for the cylinder. Should have it back this week.
Then I bought some necessary parts for me and my engine Wink

Hi! I have been sick for a while, but now we're back in action Smile

Got my new handlebar and s6 wig + mainfold some days ago.
I have also fixed some Slicks and a Double layer filter, I get it next week probably Wink

Hi Folks! Now I've got my s6 filter and I have also polished up my exhaust
to make it match the theme on the rest of the engine Smile

I'm pretty happy with the result but I'm about to make it a little bit better
later on.

Grrrrreat project Very Happy

Love the idea of taking a flat slider rearend on a "chubby" aerox, and the exhaust pops right up into your eye.
But I'm sickly crazy about your picture editing, have you done anything else that applying the tags? Cause on the pictures of your rim, it looks like you've used some sort of sepia-effect.

It looks really good. You must write as you get a result test of your bigbore cylinder and the AGB exhaust.

And as for your exhaust, i think many are interested in what it costs to have made such a fine specimen.

This is what i mean when i say grafitti, you know street arts.
Surely you cant make it as detailed as the picture i uploadet, but still, something like that.

EDIT: If you make it in airbrush you can pretty much get anything you want, surely the price is higher but in the end, you have something nobody els could copy.

The cylinder-gasket wall looks very nice and 100% equal, that's a big plus. The flow-modification itself could be a bit more aggressive, but that's after all a matter of taste.
